Management Consulting Group PLC ("the Company")  Total Voting Rights and Share Capital  In conformity with rule 5.6.1 of the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that, as at the date of this announcement, its issued share capital now consists of 331,269,758 ordinary shares of 25 pence each with voting rights. The Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Management Consulting Group PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. 30 September 2008
