 Management Consulting Group PLC ("the Company")Total Voting Rights and Share CapitalIn conformity with rule 5.6.1 of the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that, as at 30 November 2012, its issued ordinary share capital consisted of 497,050,995 ordinary shares of 1 pence each of which 529,772 ordinary shares were held in Treasury.The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 496,521,223 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Management Consulting Group PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
