Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Disclosure Rules and the Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, the Company notifies the market of the following:

As at 26 June 2014, the issued share capital of the Company comprised 341,726,570 ordinary shares of 5 pence each. Each ordinary share carries the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in Lamprell is 341,726,570. The above figure of 341,726,570 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
