Total Voting Rights

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 Air Partner plc confirms that there has been no recent change in total voting rights. As at 6 January 2011,10,256,393 ordinary shares of 5p each are in issue. There are no other shares admitted to trading.

The voting rights attached to the ordinary shares are on the basis of one vote per share, so the total number of voting rights is 10,256,393.

This figure should be used as the denominator for shareholders (and others with notification obligations) to calculate if they are required to notify their interest in voting rights, or a change to their voting rights, under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
