Printing.com plc12 December 2006 PRINTING.COM PLC TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6printing.com plc (the "Company") would like to notify the market that thecapital of the Company consists of 44,746,500 ordinary shares with a nominalvalue of 1p each, with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 44,746,500 (the"Figure").
