Tinopolis PLC25 July 2007 Tinopolis plc ("Tinopolis" or the "Company") Total Voting Rights Pursuant to transitional provision 6 of the Transparency Directive, Tinopolisplc's issued share capital consists of 99,450,222 ordinary shares of 2p each("Ordinary Shares"). The Company holds 3,984,334 Ordinary Shares in treasury andthe voting rights of these treasury shares are automatically suspended. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 95,465,888. The above figure (95,465,888 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders asthe denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they arerequired to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in,Tinopolis under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
