TheCompany does not hold any shares in treasury. The total number of voting rights is therefore 35,463,992 and this figure may beused by Shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they maydetermine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change totheir interest in, the Company's shares under the FSA's Disclosure andTransparency Rules.
