Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited (AIM / ASX: CFU) announces that following the placing and subscription announced on 19 August 2010, the Company now has 1,125,111,376 ordinary shares of nil par value with voting rights in issue. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 1,125,111,376. The Company does not hold any shares as treasury shares.
