Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6,

Trifast plc ('Trifast' or the 'Company') would like to notify the market that

the Company's capital consists of 85,232,408 ordinary shares with voting rights.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights of 85,232,408 may be used by

shareholders as the denominator to determine if they are required to notify

their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Trifast under the FSA's

Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
