Rensburg Sheppards plc - Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR 5) of the FSA we would like to notify the market of the following:

Rensburg Sheppards plc has, in the month of December 2009, under the Rensburg Sheppards plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme 2008, issued new shares. This has had the effect that the Company's capital now consists of 43,895,016 ordinary shares each carrying one vote per share. Rensburg Sheppards plc does not hold any shares in Treasury. 

Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 43,895,016.

This figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Rensburg Sheppards plc under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
