Total Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, Kedco hereby notifies the market that the Company's issued capital comprises 207,462,614 ordinary shares of €0.01 each. All of these shares carry voting rights.

The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.

The above figure (207,462,614) for shares in the Company carrying voting rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Kedco under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
