In line with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Majestic Wine PLC announces that as at today's date, the Company's total issued share capital is 62,388,341 ordinary shares of 7.5p each ("Ordinary Shares").

Majestic Wine PLC does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Majestic Wine PLC is 62,388,341.

The above figure 62,388,341 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Majestic Wine PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
