In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1A, the Company's issued share capital as at 29 November 2024 consisted of 29,542,910 shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). All Ordinary Shares have voting rights.
There are no Ordinary Shares held in Treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
