 Management Consulting Group PLC ("the Company")Total Voting Rights and Share CapitalIn conformity with rule 5.6.1 of the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that, as at the date of this announcement, its issued ordinary share capital now consists of 449,719,562 ordinary shares of 1 pence each with voting rights. The Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Management Consulting Group PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
