Focus Solutions Group PLC17 October 2007 Focus Solutions Group Plc ("the Company") Total Voting Rights and Additional Listing For the purposes of Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's totalissued share capital at the date of this notice is 29,461,152. The Company's issued share capital consists of 29,461,152 ordinary shares of 10peach, with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 29,461,152. The above figure of 29,461,152 may be used by shareholders as the denominatorfor the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notifytheir interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under theDisclosure and Transparency Rules. The above figure includes 4,826 ordinary shares which have been issued dueto an exercise of options at 35.0p per share by an employee of the Company. The Company has made application for the 4,826 new ordinary shares to be admittedto trading on AIM and admission is expected to occur on 17 October 2007.
