Total Voting Rights - Replacement Announcement

The Company has issued the following statement to clarify its earlier statement of 31 October 2008.

For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's total issued share capital at the date of this notice is 250,831,860 with each such share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in Treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 250,831,860.

The above figure of 250,831,860 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, JJB Sports plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
