Total Voting Rights

London, England, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada - Rambler Metals and Mining plc (AIM: RMM) ("Rambler" or the "Company"), a copper and gold producer, explorer and developer, announces that during December 2021, the Company issued 13,750 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each from its block listing authority as first announced on 27 April 2021.

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company has 144,679,553 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in issue, none of which are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 144,679,553.

The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in the interest in, the share capital of the Company.
