 Management Consulting Group PLC ("the Company")Total Voting Rights and Share CapitalIn conformity with rule 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that, as at 29 January 2016, its issued ordinary share capital consisted of 503,919,276 ordinary shares of 1 pence each of which 2,427,620 ordinary shares were held in Treasury.The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 501,491,656 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Management Consulting Group PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
