In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company confirms that, as at 30 June 2026, its capital consists of 152,258,405 ordinary shares of 226/67 pence each with voting rights (the "Shares"). No shares are currently held in treasury.
Shareholders should use the 152,258,405 Shares as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
