In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company advises the market that as at 30 September 2018 its capital consisted of 379,735,432 ordinary shares. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury at the date of this disclosure.
The above figure of 379,735,432 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, NEX Group plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
