Total Voting Rights as at 30 June 2026

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market that, as at 30 June 2026, its issued share capital consisted of 74,385,131 ordinary shares of 25p each, of which 19,518,859 were held in treasury.

Each ordinary share carries one vote on a poll. Ordinary shares held in treasury do not carry voting rights and, accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company was 54,866,272.

Shareholders should use 54,866,272 as the denominator for determining whether they are required to notify an interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
