KSK Power Ventur plc ("KSK" or "the Company")Total Voting RightsPursuant to DTR 5.6.1, the Company announces that the total number of ordinary shares in issue as at 30 March 2012 consists of 159,378,600 with a nominal value of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"); therefore the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is 159,378,600.
