Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company advises that, as at 29 May 2026, the total issued share capital of the Company consisted of 100,358,629 Ordinary Shares of 5.6110477936 pence each.

The Company holds 8,105,936 shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 92,252,693.

The above figure (92,252,693) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The total number of voting rights above (92,252,693) includes 60,000 shares purchased for cancellation on 29 and 30 June 2026, which will be cancelled following settlement.
