Total Voting Rights

Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

Wheaton Precious Metals Corp. (the "Company") has issued and allotted 25,152 common shares of no par value pursuant to Company's dividend reinvestment plan and has issued and allotted 1,257 common shares of no par value pursuant to the exercise by eligible employees of vested share option rights (together, the "Shares"). All of the Shares are quoted on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange and, in London, an application for admission of these Shares to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange will be made by the Company.

Pursuant to DTR 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Wheaton Precious Metals Corp. (the "Company") notifies that as at June 30, 2026, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 454,159,968 common shares of no par value. Each common share carries one voting right and the Company does not hold any common shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company at that date was 454,159,968.

The above figure of 454,159,968 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
