Total Voting Rights
Cabot Energy Plc (AIM: CAB), the AIM quoted oil and gas company focussed on creating predictable production growth in Canada, announces that, following the issue of 4,336,466 new ordinary shares during the month ended 31 July 2019, the Company's total issued share capital and total voting rights as at the date of this announcement is 37,715,056 ordinary shares of 1p each.
The Company does not hold any shares in treasury, therefore, the above figure of 37,715,056 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
