Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (the "Rules"), MyCelx advises that, as at the date of this announcement, it has a single class of shares in issue which are admitted to trading on AIM being common shares of US$0.025 each ("Common Shares") and that there are 13,161,638 Common Shares in issue, each carrying one vote per Common Share. The Company does not hold any Common Shares in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company's Common Shares is 13,161,638 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Rules.
