Circle Holdings plc ("Circle" or the "Company") confirms that its issued share capital consists of 130,706,657 ordinary shares of 2p each, each with voting rights attached (one per ordinary share). No ordinary shares are held in treasury.

The figure of 130,706,657 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Circle under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
