Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Board of Minoan Group Plc confirms that as at 28 February 2010 the Company's Issued Share Capital is 73,134,789 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each and 54,148,031 Deferred Shares of 24 pence each. No Ordinary Shares or Deferred Shares are held in treasury. Deferred Shares carry no voting rights and, therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 73,134,789.

The above figures may be used by shareholders in determining whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Minoan Group Plc under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
