("Nostra Terra" or the "Company")

Total Voting Rights

Due to an administrative error, the totals for the shares in issue and total number of voting rights in the Company have been stated incorrectly.

The correct total number of ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") currently in issue will is 2,588,711,610, with each share carrying the right to one vote. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 2,588,711,610. There are no shares held in treasury.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (as applied to the Company by AIM Rule 17).

The announcement issued by the Company on 27 September 2012 stated that application had been made for 55,555,556 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM on 3 October 2012. This did not occur and the Company has, therefore, applied for the 55,555,556 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM on 10 June 2013.
