Total Voting Rights and Issued Share Capital

In accordance with rule 5.6.1 of the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

The Company's capital consists of 40,069,220 ordinary shares with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 40,069,220 .

The above figure 40,069,220 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
