Zotefoams PLC01 February 2008 Zotefoams Plc (the "Company") Voting Rights and Capital In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, we arerequired to notify the market of the following: As at the date of this notice the Company's capital consists of 36,862,401 ordinary 5p shares with each share carrying one vote. None of these shares are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Zotefoams plc is 36,862,401.
