SWP Group plc announces that the total number of ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each of SWP Group plc in issue as at the date of this notice is 18,291,546 with each share carrying the right to one vote. 

There are 188,000 shares held in Treasury. 

The total number of voting rights in SWP Group plc is therefore 18,291,546.

The above figure (18,291,546) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, SWP Group plc, under the Disclosures and Transparency Rules.
