Total Voting Rights

TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS UPDATE

In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Laird advises that on 24 October 2014 its capital increased by 126,709 ordinary shares with voting rights. Laird holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Laird's ordinary shares is 267,907,000 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Laird under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
