Voting Rights and Capital

As at 30 June 2010, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 234,729,328 ordinary shares of 1p each, of which 5,199,817 ordinary shares of 1p each are held in treasury.

Therefore for the purposes of the Transparency Directive the total number of issued shares with voting rights in Huntsworth is currently 229,529,511.

The above figure of 229,529,511 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
