Termination of potential reverse transaction

Further to the announcement of 14 August 2025, GRIT announces that the Company has terminated its potential acquisition of Nabirm Global LLC through a reverse takeover ("RTO").

The Company's board are now considering its plans for the Company which include a possible alternative acquisition in the resources sector and will make a further announcement as soon as it has decided how best to proceed.

In the meantime, trading in the Company's securities remains suspended on the Official List.
