Sydbank share buyback programme: transactions in week 10

The share buybackcommenced on 2 March 2017 and will be completed by 31 December 2017. Thepurpose of the share buyback programme is to reduce the share capital ofSydbank and the programme is executed in compliance with the provisions ofRegulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of16 April 2014 and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of 8March 2016, collectively referred to as the Safe Harbour rules.
