Starwood European Real Estate Finance Limited: Investment Update

Starwood European Real Estate Finance Limited (the "Company") announces that it has received the full repayment of £13 million of the 5 Star Hotel, London loan following a successful refinancing of the property by the owner.   

Following this repayment the Company remains substantially fully invested and the Investment Adviser is reviewing multiple lending opportunities to deploy the Company's uncommitted resources.
