As per the attached announcement, trading in the shares of Range on the Australian Securities Exchange has been suspended whilst it finalises details of an entitlements issue. Trading will resume when the company is in a position to announce the details of the issue. Range shares will continue to trade on AIM during this period.

REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.2, further to the Company's current trading halt, the Company requests a voluntary suspension pending the release of an announcement pertaining to the finalisation of an entitlement issue.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the securities should not be voluntary suspended.
