Report 5/2011: Resignation of Member of the Supervisory Board of Bank Pekao S.A.

The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") informs that Mr. Sergio Ermotti, Member of the Supervisory Board of Bank, resigned from positions held in the Supervisory Board, effective 23rd February 2011.
