Supervisory Board and Committees - apointments

Report 31/2012: Appointment of Chairman, Deputy Chairmen, Secretary of the Supervisory Board and members of Committees of the Supervisory Board.

Referring to the current report no. 23/2012 dated 1st June 2012 on appointment of the Supervisory Board Members of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("the Bank") for a new, common term of office, the Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. informs that the Supervisory Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. at the meeting held on 24th July 2012 elected:

Mr. Jerzy Woźnicki as Chairman of the Supervisory Board,

Mr. Enrico Pavoni as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board,

Mr. Roberto Nicastro as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board,

Mr. Alessandro Decio as Secretary of the Supervisory Board.

The Supervisory Board appointed from among the Supervisory Board Members the following persons to the Committees of the Supervisory Board:

1) to the Audit Committee: Enrico Pavoni (Chairman),Alessandro Decio, Leszek Pawłowicz, Laura Penna and Jerzy Woźnicki, 

2) to the Remuneration Committee: Roberto Nicastro, Wioletta Rosołowska, Doris Tomanek and Jerzy Woźnicki,

3) to the Financial Committee: Alessandro Decio, Roberto Nicastro and Laura Penna.

The Management Board of the Bank informs that the composition of the Audit Committee is compliant with the provisions of Art. 86 sec. 4 and 5 of the Act on Statutory Auditors, their Self-Governing Organization, Entities Authorized to Audit Financial Statements and on Public Oversight (Journal of Laws 2009.77.649, as amended).
