Ferrum Crescent Limited, the ASX, AIM and JSE quoted iron ore developer in Limpopo Province, South Africa, today announces that it has on 31 July 2012 received a notice that Rathbone Brothers PLC is a substantial shareholder in the Company, having acquired as at 3 July 2012 an indirect interest in a total of 17,245,163 ordinary shares (or 5.77%) in the Company.
