According to Announcement of the Ministry of Finance No. 22 of 2017 issued by the Ministry of Finance of China, the "Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises No. 14-Revenue" was revised.

4.Countermeasures:

According to the regulations of the Ministry of Finance of China, the revised accounting standards will be implemented on January 1,2020.

This change in accounting policies complies with the relevant laws and regulations, and will not have a significant impact on the company's financial statements, operating results and cash flow, and there is no harm to the company and shareholders' interests.
