INTIMATION UNDER CLAUSE 36 OF THE LISTING AGREEMENT
This is to inform that the Board of Directors have on 25th April 2014 considered and approved the sub-division of one equity share of the Bank having a face value of `10 each into five equity shares of face value `2 each. The sub-division of shares is subject to approval of the shareholders and any other statutory and regulatory approvals, as applicable.
