STRATEGIC REVIEW UPDATE
On 4 December 2015 the Company announced that it expected to provide an update on the progress of its strategic review process by the end of January 2016. Accordingly, the Company today announces that it is reaching the end of the strategic review process and that the Board is engaged in active negotiations to sell one or more of the Company's divisions. The Board expects to announce further details of the outcome of these negotiations and the conclusion of the strategic review process by the end of February 2016.
