Strategic review - update

Further to the announcement made by the Company earlier today convening a general meeting for shareholders to consider and approve, inter alia, proposals relating to the disposal of its trading subsidiaries, the Board confirms that it has now completed the Strategic Review referred to in the announcement made by the Company on 19 March 2010.

The Directors also confirm that there have been no third party discussion in relation to an offer for the Company's shares, accordingly, the Company is no longer deemed to be in an Offer Period under the terms of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers.
