The Board of Armstrong notes the recent increase in the Company's share price.
The Board is not currently involved in any discussions regarding a takeover or any other transaction. The Board is therefore not aware of any reason for the price movement.
The Company intends to publish its annual results for the year ended 31 December 2012 shortly.
