The Company confirms that it is in early stage discussions with regard to apossible acquisition that would be classified as a reverse takeover under theAIM Rules. However, there can be no certainty at this stage as to the outcomeof these discussions. Trading in the Company's shares will be suspended effective from 9:45am, 14 February 2007.
