Statement re: Share Price 

The Board of Artilium plc ("Artilium" or the "Company"), the AIM listed developer of mobile telecoms software, has noted the fall in the Company's share price today. 

The Board confirms it knows of no reason for the fall in the share price. Artilium released its preliminary results for the year ended 30 June 2008 on 25 September 2008 which provided an update on the Company's activities.
