African Consolidated Resources Plc14 February 2008 African Consolidated Resources Plc ('ACR' or the 'Company') Statement re Share Price Movement The Board of ACR, the AIM listed exploration company focused on Zimbabwe hasnoted the recent movement in the Company's share price and is not aware of anyreason for the share price increase. As announced at the time of the Company's interim results on 27 November 2007,ACR is in the process of compiling a detailed technical review incorporatinggeochemical and geophysical data in order that the market may be better placedto understand the value of ACR's assets and projects. The Company remains onschedule to publish the results of this technical review in the first quarter of2008.
