Carador Income Fund plc (the "Company")
Re: Suspension of Security Trading
Following the London Stock Exchange Notice released earlier today, the Company would like to clarify the reason for the trading suspension of the U.S. Dollar Shares of Carador Income Fund plc ("Carador"). Due to reasons outside the control of the Company and its advisers, trading was suspended on Carador's old ISIN (IE00B3D60Z08) for 1 March after the application for the new ISIN (IE00BHLNW773) was not applied to the shares in time for admission. The London Stock Exchange has stated that trading will resume under the new ISIN on Monday 4 March 2019.
